Rental Terms:

• Your membership fee and game rent is paid in advance and is non-refundable.
• You can rent 1 game per month based on your plan.
• Each game can be kept for 30 days from the day you receive it.
• Please return the game within 3 days unless we agree to extend the rental.
• Games are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so availability cannot be guaranteed.
• You can reserve available games through our website.
• Memberships are for personal use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
• We may ask for your CNIC or another valid ID when you join.
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a membership if these terms are not followed.

Security Deposit:

• A refundable security deposit is required when you join.
• The deposit is not a rental fee. It is held as security while you are a member.
• Your full deposit will be returned once:
  • All rented games have been returned in good condition.
  • Your membership has ended.
  • There are no unpaid charges.
• If a game is lost, badly damaged, or not returned, the replacement cost may be deducted from your security deposit

Security Deposit:

• We deliver games every Monday and Friday.
• Orders placed between these delivery days will be dispatched on the next scheduled delivery day.
• Delivery to you is free.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the game to us.
